We want to support academic research and teaching by providing our ITSM process collections at remarkably reduced price of € 200.- excluding VAT for the complete set of 5 Process collections, respective € 250.- excluding VAT for the everlasting reading access to the ITSM Process Library in our development system (all documents downloadable).
